Valley Center, KS – Elevate Senior Living has announced its intent to build a new 128-bed senior living community in Valley Center, Kansas. The project is designed to provide seniors with an affordable alternative to the high-end senior living options currently available, while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-designed environment.
The new community will feature 96 Assisted Living and Memory Care units and 32 Independent Living apartments, offering a full range of lifestyle and care options.
Elevate Senior Living is a mid-market, affordable senior living solution developed by American Healthcare Management Group in partnership with Spellman Brady & Company.
